IT Project Manager
IT project managers plan and direct IT projects designed to help Vale improve business performance and achieve its strategic goals. These projects may be global in nature, sometimes involving multiple systems crossing multiple functions with multiple dependencies and stakeholders. The goal: to deliver projects on time, on budget and to ensure Vale receives the fullest possible benefit. This position can lead to increasingly more senior project management and directorship positions with increasingly more complex projects, or to department management positions.
Senior Technical Analysts
Senior technical analysts are leaders in supporting key infrastructure technologies critical to IT service delivery. They provide consultation to business units company-wide, make recommendations for technology solutions, write detailed technical specifications to ensure that new features meet Vale IT standards, and implement strategic plans for specific technologies within Vale. This position can lead to a variety of advanced technical roles and department management.
Senior Client Relationship Business Analyst (CRBA)
Senior CRBAs provide a critical link between the needs of the business and the technical world of IT. They act as the liaison between IT and business departments to ensure that all IT activities are aligned with business requirements. The focus is on customer satisfaction, solutions and service provider management, consulting, planning, benefits realization and governance. This position can lead to a range of management positions.
